Where do you travel?
We travel throughout North America - all across Canada and the
United States. If we cannot deliver your horse when you want, we
will arrange transport with another carrier for your convenience.

we will be happy to arrange transport for your horse.
Is Douglas Horse Transport Ltd. licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We are proud to say that we are fully licensed and in
sured throughout North America.
What paperwork do I need to transport my horse across the
border?
When travelling to the United States your horse will need an updated Coggins test and health papers. Please feel free to contact our
office and we will help you arrange the necessary paperwork.
Do you provide emergency services?
Yes. We are available 24 hrs/day and 365 days/year in case of
emergency. Please phone our office and we will arrange any emergency veterinarian services.
Do you supply hay and water?
We provide top quality hay during transportation and fresh water at
every rest stop.
Can you take my tack box and any other necessary items?
Yes. Our trailers have extra room for tack boxes and any other items
you may need.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques, certified cheques and money orders.
